Shao-Mai Dimsum was born under the corporate name Peraion Corporation. Their first outlet was opened in the Foodcourt of SM City Cebu. It offers a variety of Siopao and Siomai flavors. Their dimsum products include the savory shrimp, tender chicken, spicy shrimp, royal crab, quail’s egg, mushroom, squid surprise and pork siomai. Their Siopao include three flavors which are the asado, bola-bola, and chicken.
