Chick-Boy Franchise Details
The Chic-boy Franchise has a lot of perks. Â These include a training program for you and your staff, an accredited architect that will design the restaurant for you, pre-opening assistance from the main branch and having a return of investment within three years.
Franchising fee is 950,000 pesos with a possible total investment of 5 million – 6 million pesos depending on the store size, a projected return of investment within 2 – 2.5 years and a franchise term of 7 years, a royalty fee of 5% for gross sales and 2% for advertising gross sales.
By sending a letter of intent to franchise@chic-boy.com.ph, you have initialized the steps towards acquiring a franchise from them. The letter of intent should include the following:
- Interest in franchising Chic-boy
- Proposed site inclusive of complete address and location map
- Resume with 2×2 photo
Upon sending the letter of intent, they will reply back by sending a copy of a franchise presentation and application form.  You can also download it at their website and then the you should send back the duly-accomplished form.
Chic-boy will assess the proposed site upon reply and will contact the franchisee applicant if approved or declined. Once approved, Chic-boy will send a franchise approval letter along with the draft of the franchise agreement.
